Refund Policy

There are no refunds on services performed.

Memberships fees are subject to the contract terms.

Unused or partially used packages are not returnable, but in certain circumstances (such as pregnancy) may be exchanged for another service subject to management approval.

Beauty products may not be returned as they are not able to be resold.
