About the Founder

​My name is Katy Darling. I opened a Cryotherapy and Longevity Spa because I have suffered from lingering neck pain from a car accident for 8 years and know what it feels like to not find relief. I was introduced to red light and cryotherapy as a way to calm the inflammation and then sauna and lymphatic drainage as compliments to the therapies.
I also have struggled with excess weight as a result of having to cut back on exercise due to the pain. Nutrition Guidance and coaching, peptides, body contouring and Narrow Light Technology are wonderful ways to augment exercise to see results and I'm excited to offer our signature Body Transformation Program for others to benefit from as well.

As a mom with three young children (ages 6, 4, 4) in my forties, I love longevity therapies because I want to keep up with my active family and remain pain free.
