I opened Luminary Spa & Wellness to create a space dedicated to healing from pain and inflammation, recovering from athletics and helping with anti-aging, body restoration and rejuvenation.

I suffer from lingering neck pain from a car accident and know what it feels like to not find relief. I was introduced to red light  as a way to calm the inflammation and then discovered the benefits of cryo, sauna and lymphatic drainage. I also have struggled with excess weight as a result of having to cut back on exercise due to the pain. Body contouring and LLLT are a wonderful way to augment exercise to see results.
